What are Mindmarker points?
The Mindmarker continuous learning program is designed to help your participants apply what they learned in training.
To maximize the impact of this program, it’s important for participants to stay on track.
The Mindmarker Leaderboard makes it easy and fun to track their progress. Our points system will give them insights on how they perform compared to the ideal learning journey.
Understanding weighted points
Mindmarkers are assigned a weight using a scale of 1 to 10. A weight of 1 holds less impact and a weight of 10 has greater importance and much higher impact.
When you design your Mindmarkers you will have to determine how important the Mindmarker is for your reinforcement objectives and assign a weight accordingly.
For example the first Welcome Mindmarker may have a low weight of 1 point and an essential Self-Evaluation Mindmarker will have a greater weight of 6 points.
How does it work?
If your participants answer all questions correctly and complete all Mindmarkers upon receipt, they will receive the maximum amount of points.
Participants can look on the dashboard to see points earned and their total score. Participants can earn bonus points by:
- Answering a question Mindmarker correctly
- Answering Mindmarkers within 7 days of receipt
- Welcome Mindmarker :1
- Survey Questions : 4 to 7
- Open Questions : 4 to 7
- Quiz Questions : 5 to 10
- Explanations : 3 to 6
- Pitfalls : 5 to 10
- Assignments, To- Do’s : 3 to 10
