3 Objective Program Descriptions

  Below is a listing of all 3 Objective program Blueprints with more in-depth details regarding the intended design for these programs. 

 

3 Objectives – 8 Weeks

This program is a high intensity program for 3 objectives. In this program, the learner needs to focus and work hard on 3 different key objectives. Because of the high intensity, it requires a high commitment.

In the first week, the focus is on awareness and knowledge for the first objective. The second week is used as introduction for objective 1 and 3. In these first two weeks the first of 2 measurements of behavior change are planned. The second instance of this question per objective is asked in weeks 7 and 8.

The learner will work in week 3 on assignments for objective 1, complete with self-reflection. In weeks 4 and 5 the focus will switch to objective 2. Measure the knowledge and start with assignments. This continues in weeks 6 and 7 for objective 3.

In week 8 the learner will receive a summary of all 3 objectives.

Program facts: 44 total Mindmarkers, 5-6 per week.

 

3 Objectives – 12 Weeks

This program is a high intensity program for 3 objectives. A balanced program for 3 objectives. The intensity is well appointed and the learner is given enough time to practice and apply.

In the first week, the focus is on awareness and knowledge for the first objective. The second week is used as introduction for objective 2 and 3. In these first two weeks the first of 2 measurements of behavior change are planned. The second instance of this question per objective is asked in weeks 8 to 10.

The learner will work in week 3 on assignments for objective 1, complete with self-reflection. In weeks 4 and 5 the focus will switch to objective 2. Measure the knowledge and start with assignments. This continues in weeks 6 and 7 for objective 3.

In week 8 the program switches back to objective 1, the learner will get new assignments to work on this objective including the second measurement of behavior change of this objective. Week 9 is the same for objective 2 and week 10 is focusing on objective 3.

In week 11 the learner will receive a summary of all 3 objectives.

Program facts: 50 total Mindmarkers, 4-5 per week.

 

3 Objectives – 16 Weeks

This program is a medium intensity program for 3 objectives. In this program, the learner will focus on each key objective for a longer period. A linear approach where the learner will focus on each objective separately.

In the first two weeks, the focus is on awareness and knowledge for the first objective. Weeks 3 and 4 are used as introductions for objective 2 and 3. In these first 4 weeks the first of 2 measurements of behavior change per objective are planned. The second instance of this question per objective is asked in weeks 13 to 15.

The learner will work in weeks 5 and 6 on assignments for objective 1, complete with self-reflection. In weeks 7 to 9 the focus will switch to objective 2. Measure the knowledge and start with assignments. This continues in weeks 10 to 12 for objective 3.

In week 13 the program switches back to objective 1, the learner will get new assignments to work on this objective including the second measurement of behavior change of this objective. Week 14 is the same for objective 2 and week 15 is focusing on objective 3.

In week 16 the learner will receive a summary of all three objectives.
